1. When I try to run the tool I get "Missing library XXX. Check that you have set BON_HOME correctly.", and the tool does not run. How do I fix it?
2. When I try to run the tool I get "JAVA_HOME appears to be incorrectly set. XXX/bin/java does not exist.", and the tool does not run. How do I fix it?

1. When I try to run the tool I get "Missing library XXX. Check that you have set BON_HOME correctly.", and the tool does not run. How do I fix it?

   This warning indicates you are missing one of the required jar files. Try reinstallying the software, by following the instructions in INSTALLATION.txt.

2. When I try to run the tool I get "JAVA_HOME appears to be incorrectly set. XXX/bin/java does not exist.", and the tool does not run. How do I fix it?

   This warning indicates that the JAVA_HOME environment variable is not set to a valid location. See section 2.3.1 of INSTALLATION.txt for instructions on how to correctly set the JAVA_HOME environment variable.
